• Dialup account rates have not changed since October 1995.
• In order to keep rates stable please be aware of the following billing polices.

Monthly Accounts:
1. A billing reminder will be e-mailed to all monthly accounts on or about a week before your due date.

2. Renewals are done on-line. Click here to renew!
3. Renewals will also be accepted by our Billing Department on the toll-free number 1-800-256-6255.

All Accounts:
1. ALL new accounts MUST be prepaid in order for sevice to be activated.
2. There is a one month minimum service fee of $20. If service is discontinued within the first month for any reason, $20 will be retained.
3. 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, and 24 month bills will be e-mailed to your Syracuse.Net e-mail address about 25 to 30 days before the due date.

4. Renewals may be done on-line prior to the due date. Click here to renew!
5. Credit card REQUIRED for all users that have paid late more than one time.
6. Renewal payments must be completed on or before the due date.
7. Overdue accounts will be put on hold until payment is recieved.
8. Reactivation of overdue accounts are subject to a $3 reactivation fee.
9. Accounts over thirty (30) days will be deleted and all user files removed.
10. There is a returned check fee of $25 should a check be returned by the bank for insufficient funds.

User ID's and Passwords:
1. Change a User ID and / or password... $5

Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Syracuse.Net will retain $20 on all accounts cancelled within the first month of service and retain $25 on all account cancelled before end of plan.

2. Refunds are calculated on the basis of unused service when divided into available plans. For example, a 12 month account ($189) discontinued at 10 months... the breakout would be 6 months ($99), 3 months ($55), and 1 month ($20) equaling $189 - $99 - $55 - $20 = $15 refund.

3. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail, in person, by mail from the account owner.

4. There are no refunds for monthly accounts.

5. Syracuse.Net, Inc. will not honor any requests for long distance telephone charges of any kind. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure with their local telephone carrier the access number used is indeed a local telephone call.
